RETURN/CANCEL POLICY

Special orders or high quantity orders cannot be canceled and are non-returnable. Select labor intensive items cannot be canceled and are non-returnable. 

 

We do not accept any cancellations on orders once they have been placed. Our items are made to order and begin the manufacturing process once we receive the order.  

 

Before returning qualified merchandise, you must contact our company and provide evidence and/or documentation for the situation requiring a return. Products must be returned in the original packaging, in like new condition and includes all documentation, and accessories originally sent. Grip Racing offers a 30-day warranty from the original date of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied on all returns.
